Panama
Islas Secas: Site assessment, recommendations and conceptual design for dock, navigation, marina and dredging improvements to facilitate low-tide boat access to existing facilities at this ecotourism resort (2009).
Coiba-Santa Catalina-Bahia Honda: Large-scale reconnaissance of Pacific shoreline in state of Veraguas, Panama to identify oceanfront property suitable for multi-hectare private estate. Developed conceptual plan for boat/marina facility and contributed to plans for construction of beach amenities (2005).
Costa Rica
Peninsula Papagayo: Site assessment and recommendations regarding potential for development of boutique resort development and marina at Playa Pochote (2004).
Osa Peninsula (Playa Platanares, Playa Cienaga): Aerial and ground reconnaissance of entire Pacific shoreline from Papagayo to Panama to identify suitable multi-hectare private estate, with emphasis on identifying ideal beach conditions, marina site and access to fishing and surfing (2007).
Puerto Jimenez: Concept design for public and private marina improvements (2009).
Punta Descartes, Guanacaste: Site assessment and recommendations regarding potential for development of boutique resort development (2006).
